Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions for using Workforce Hub ("we", "our", or "us") platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Prohibited activities

You may not use our platform for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or policies. - Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our platform or services. - Using our platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software. - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. - Using our platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices. - Using our platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. - Using our platform to engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or goodwill.

Data responsibility

You are responsible for the content and data you upload to our platform. You must ensure that you have the right to use and share this content. We are not liable for any content that you upload or share through our platform.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your credentials with others. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor and review your use of our platform and services. We may take action to address any violations of this AUP or any other policies.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our platform and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this AUP. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our platform and services.

Governing law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco, California.
